The Banner PresencePLUS® P4 EDGE vision sensors deliver
high-speed error-proofing and inspections at just $995. Able to accurately
sense and evaluate over 10,000 objects-per-minute, the P4 EDGE is ideal
for validating the height and width of parts, location of labels or detecting
the edge of materials such as plastic or paper on a web operation. .
- 1280 x 1024 high resolution with typical inspection speeds of 50ms
(1,200 parts per minute)
- PresencePLUS easy-to-use set-up interface; a single PC program configures
all PresencePLUS Pro and P4 sensors and features Quick TEACH for rapid
sensor set-up
- Remote TEACH input allows the sensor to learn new or different products
without interrupting production or using a PC for configuration
- Live video images without a PC
- Inspect parts with Locate, Edge, Object and Measure tools
- Test tool to drive discrete I/O
- Communications Tool to send data over the Ethernet or RS232 Serial

- Stores 12 different inspection files selectable via a product change
